05 G35 coupe bluetooth adapter switch - plug and play?

I have a 2005 G35 coupe with a Bose/Nav stock sound system installed. I saw this item and was wondering if I do not currently have any bluetooth connectivity would this adapter work? Plug and play? Just curious if this just plugs in an magically you have bluetooth capability

i dont think so.... commander just means that this piece has the mic built in so it takes the voice commands.... you probably have an issue somewhere in your wiring for the bluetooth system. im not sure where the control unit is, i dont think its in the head unit
