I've spent hours trying to identify a positive ignition source to tap into. Last time I taped into a blackw/white stripe wire (+), but in order to do this I Jacked up the headliner. I'm trying to tap in just before the dome lights or sunroof. Here are the wire colors:

Sunroof:
Blue w/red stripe
Black
Blue w/black stripe

Dome lights:
Black
Red w/blue stripe
Red w/black stripe

Black is obviously Ground

Anyone know which of the other wires is (+) w/ignition on. I know one wire is always on (dome lights), two are to do with time limited dome light shut off and 45 second sunroof after ignition off. I'm unable to get in there to test with my DMM (I know this would be the easiest way).
Thanks in advance!

I really don't speed enough to warrant spending any more on radar than I already have. I use it more as heads up than prevention. Highway Patrol here runs their Ka Band constantly, so it will pick them up (in the ballpark) well before I see them giving me time to slow down a bit. With Lidar a radar detector is almost useless unless HP happens to tag the person in front of you, still with little time to react. The city I work in is wealthy and they have these units. I've even seen HP (one motor and one car) with their guns out on I5 (near Disneyland) tagging people. It was weird on the trip to Vegas. Rarely see 1 HP unit each way. This time I saw 2 different sets of 3 units (one pulling over a bus). Stateline to Vegas was posted a "Highway Patrol ZERO tolerance Zone, so set the cruise to 70mph. I remember rolling into Laughlin at 11pm one time. Most dont know, The last few miles before Laughlin is an industrial area (25mph). Coming off the fast driving and the excitement of almost being there, I got tagged with a ticket. Not a fun way to start a trip.

On the five hour run from SLC to St. George I have seen upwards of 2 dozen in one trip. That's 24 UHP and municipal police. I am lucky if there's less then 10. You got it pretty easy if you generally only see a couple.

To support my position - from a non-Wikipedia source.

Speed limits | UK Metric Association

Speed limits
Speed limits throughout most of the world are set in kilometres per hour (km/h). The UK remains the only country in Europe, and the Commonwealth, that still defines speed limits in miles per hour (mph).

Traffic exiting the US would drive in the right hand lane until they reach the UK. Traffic exiting the UK would drive in the left hand lane until they reach the US. That's the same lane, meaning the bridge would only need to be 1 lane wide.
