the lowest i've heard was a Sedan 6MT - base leather for $27,000.

Naming just a price mean absolutely nothing. What options did the price include? Was there free service or oil changes thrown into the deal (as in my case)? The best way to determine what is the best deal (not necessary the lowest price) is to determine what percentage the price is over Invoice. This allows all cars and configurations to be compared, without having to state the options.

I paid 1.8% over invoice for a 6mt sedan.

About the best I see around the St Louis area is "2.5% over invoice" ... not too bad, I suppose.

I Live in southern cal. I know that 04's can be bought for just 400 over invoice here.
