That's a ball joint. Also, looking to the left you'll see that you need a tie rod end. You likely need all 6 control arms for the entire front as well as all tie rod ends. I'm going to be honest with you here. Suspension work isn't usually for un-seasoned techs. Especially on this car since you have to remove the insert cones from the old control arms. You need a hydraulic press or a ball joint tool with a 3 pound hammer. There are 4 of them.
