Unfortunately I took my G35 Coupe to Crest infiniti in Plano for an alignment. They put it on the rack, told me there were some bent parts and they couldnt align it. They told me they needed to charge me 99.99 for the alignment anyway. I asked for a written estimate to have it repaired. Danny the service advisor spouted off some numbers and parts (spindles - they are called knuckles) but refused to give it to me in writing. I called Infiniti consumer affairs to no avail. Am I out of line here???
