I noticed that both are listed as standard features on the G35 6MT Sedan. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the two?

But I think the LSD is passive. It's just a mechanical way of transferring power to the non-slipping wheel. See auto.howstuffworks.com for a great explanation.
The traction control is an active system that detects slipping wheels and brakes or throttles back to re-attain grip.
