I have not tried, don't need to. I know that any thing stuck in the intake will impede the flow of air. It also is placed into the intake before the fuel has been added. It can disturb the air flow on your MAF and that could srew up your air/fuel mixture.
If you want to waste your money feel free, I will pass on this.
