What you should know: The four-passenger G6 sedan previews Pontiac's styling as it tries to position itself as a quality performance brand, a la BMW - even down to the quite Bimmer-like grille. "The body stretches out over the wheels," said Tim Kozub, the G6 exterior designer. "The overhangs are short, a contemporary architecture that provides great interior space." The G6 has a supercharged 3.5-liter V-6 that produces 285 hp and 272 pounds-feet of torque. It also could be equipped with Displacement on Demand.
