Hello everyone:

I wanted to get some rims for my G35 Coupe, but i have heard that if u get 20 inch rims, that the cars isnt that comfortable to drive and also that it affects performance, so should i get 19 inch rims instead? PLEASE if anybody could tell me if theyre is a difference......i want to get Maya rims, the DTM http://www.mayawheels.com/wheels.asp .........any help or comments would be great. thanxs

well the reason that those particular wheels will prolly affect performance is that they are knock-offs of Lowenhart BR-5s. now i have no direct knowledge of the MAYAs but knock-offs are usually much heavier than their JDM counterparts. in general though, going up a size or two will generally decrease your acceleration and braking due to increased rotational mass and simple inertia of the larger diameter. but they can look slick as hell. its a trade off most of the time. good luck.....
