My 2006 G35x has been having an issue with the dash display lighting going out intermittently. Sometimes when I start the car the speedometer/tach area is not lit up, and also the radio and climate control do not work. Then after about a minute the climate control turns on by itself in Auto mode, however none of the climate control buttons function so I can’t turn it off or adjust it at all. Usually after driving for 5-10 minutes the speedometer/tach lights back up, radio works and everything is normal. This doesn’t always happen – sometimes when I start the car it’s all working fine. I can’t figure out any pattern to it. Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas on what might be going on?
