I'm looking at buying an 03-04 G35 Coupe 6M/T. I've seen used car dealer adds stating that some of these have the "Sports Package".

Correct me if I am wrong, but it does not appear that a "Sport Tuned Suspension" was even available from 03-04 on the G35.

Both 03 & 04 6MT come standard with the "Performance Tire and Wheel Package".

When the Brembo Brakes were removed for the 05 & 06 models. A Sport-Tuned Suspension Package was standard on all 6MT models.
So I am guessing that Sports Suspension was not even available until 2005. I wonder what the difference was in this package any, thicker sway bars?

There's no real difference. Don't get fooled and think that the suspension setup on the 03/04's is any less capable than the 05+ models. Think of this more as a marketing ploy.

There was no "Sports Package" offered for the 03-04 coupe.

There was a "Performance Tire & Wheel Package" offered that consisted of:
- Viscous limited slip-differential (VLSD),
- 18-inch unique sport 7-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels with titanium-tinted finish and performance tires (P225/45R18 (front) P245/45R18 (rear) Michelin Type S summer tires)
- Titanium-finished center console

In '05 a "Sport-Tuned Suspension Package" (Standard on G35 Coupe 6MT) was offered that consisted of "Sport-tuned suspension, 19-inch forged aluminum-alloy wheels, P225/40R19W front tires, P245/45R19W rear tires, drilled aluminum pedals, perforated leather and unique (orange) stitching on steering wheel, Viscous Limited-Slip Differential"

Any G coupe that roll's on oem 17" or 18" tire and wheels REGARDLESS of build year has the same suspension. Only 05+ coupes can have a legit sports suspension, providing the car was delivered with oem 19" tire and wheels.

A 05+ coupe with the sport suspension is a different animal compared to a 03/04 car. IMO, the sport suspension should have been the only suspension offered from job one, but I get how Infiniti is bent on thinking the most of their buyers are most interested in luxary.

Vs coupes without the sport the suspension here are the differance's in the suspensions

Stiffer shocks
Stiffer rear springs by 25%
Stiffer front sway by 17% (accomplished by a change in the thickness of the bars hollow wall construction without a mean change in outside diameter)
