That's caused by someone throwing a stone into a pond on the moon.

Lots of heavy t-storms here Sunday and power outages that may still be in some rural areas. We were traveling south as it moved west to east after we departed from visiting some family a bit north of here. We were 15 minutes behind it as it went through Midland so we missed the leading edge of it but significant areas of the state lost power and trees, limbs were all over. The family we visited lost power just after we left.
They have a big back up generator and gasifier wood burning boiler.
