I think it is called the "oven roasted". I saw something that when they are done, they cover the turkey with something, honey maybe, can't remember and then hit it with a blow torch to brown it over and melt the flavor in. YUM!

That's the one! You can get them for about 24 bucks but there is so much turkey there that it can easily feed 4 two times. Hence the left over half went to the freezer till Xmas.
