That most certainly isn't a super charger. It's a turbo kit.

The Vortech is a belt driven turbo but it is a supercharger because of that.

It's just shaped like a turbo. Lol. Turbos run off exhaust fumes. This has no exhaust components. Therefore being a supercharger

Not a bad deal...a word of advice for anyone who buys this kit- SELL the KINETIX manifold before you do anything.

The R & D is not there...they're products show loss is performance for both N/A and FI. I had negative gains FI proven by dyno cart from Kinetix v+ with FI. SpecialtyZ isn't a fan either as they have heard of many of the Kinetix cracking, flexing, and robbing performance N/A and FI.

I would guess that Kinetix put 100% R&D into creating the look, and never touched the quality or innovated for performance.

not sure if troll (if so thanks for the bump) or really didn't know, superchargers are belt driven and turbo chargers are exhaust driven, This one is driven by a belt with a gear reduction to increase air flow. It does somewhat look like a turbo from the side view I will give you that. also vortech only makes superchargers.

Okay ... good to know. Kinetix is in a lot of sigs for car mods. They sure did a good job getting their name out there ....

They did okay. The thing is, they really do look nice- look. So for looks they are great. The problem is the craftsmanship, or lack of, and lack of 'gains'- and many times negative performance.
