uhmm.....it actually sounds rather disappointing to me

3,359 pounds ???

0-60 = 5.1s ???

well, whoopdeefu*ckindoo! This definitely ain't the much anticipated car that everyone has been waiting for. That car was rumored to be around 400lbs. lighter

actaully. as per motor trend. "0 to 60 In 4.7 sec. and the Quarter Mile in 13.3 sec. at 105.7 MPH"

but yeah the rumors were pretty far off. 3010lbs, 350hp. only thing that held true was the shortened wheel base. but this car is far from a disapointment.

this is carrera territory. as per C&D "The Carrera reaches 0-to-60 mph in a claimed 4.7 seconds and 0-to-100 mph in 10.4 seconds; top speed is 180 mph. Porsche’s figures for the Carrera S are 4.5 seconds, 9.6 seconds, and 188 mph, respectively, with improved acceleration with Launch Control. Porsche’s performance claims are notoriously conservative, however, as we recorded a 0-to-60-mph run in the previous Carrera in 4.3 seconds and 4.1 in the Carrera S—so expect acceleration times as much as a half-second quicker than Porsche's official figures when we test the car. its meh. some of the lines are nice, but the 350Z was obviously ahead of its time.

a 13.3 quarter @ 105.7 cannot be the best results they will get. I see the VQHR 350Z's in person running 13.4-.5 $ 105mph all day long. So how could a car with 30 more hp and 200lbs lighter run similar times...i think that more tests are yet still needed.

i think the 370z looks great. i was never a fan of the 350s looks. too bland and NOT sporty when its a sports car

i didnt the head and tail lights. makes the car look aggressive. which is what the 350 was missing

i will only say that from the exterior the 370Z is a better improvement over the 350Z than the G37 was over the G35.

but i still see too much altima in there.

i agree...

i think they were able to keep the same overall sporty look of the Z (with the exception of the oddly shapped lights) for this new model. that didn't happen so well on the G coupe.
