Default Lower control arms seized

Hey guys

i was hearing a clicking in the rear of my 04 g35, coupe so i decided to take it to infiniti to check it out

turns out my lower control arms are "seized"
they showed it to me and they were moving around a bit and there was some erosion internally on it

there after market (cars lowered, tein coilovers)

i actually want to raise my car a bit as its a bit low and i have to replace these control arms

anyone have past experience or estimate on parts / labor

Infiniti said if i want to replace the 2 arms its 70 a piece, and to raise, and align the car it would be a total of 750 bucks...

thanks in advance!!

there adjustable coilovers
he put a 3 hour labour time for the raising of the car (????)
2 hours for the two lower control arms
100 bucks for the alignment and 140 for the 2 control arms

thats the break down of the 800..

what you guys think?

im taking it to my mechanic tommorow, any tips??

I have a tip. Don't let the dealer work on your car unless it's warranty work or something only the dealer can diagnose and fix. replacing the control arms aren't one of those things.

you can replace the lower arms and raise the car in your own garage.

if you do not have camber kits, the alignment isn't going to do anything for negative camber up front and very little in the back.

it's about that here for 18" rims and under but about $80 for bigger than that.
