Thumbs up 20" wheels TOO BIG for 6MT

Are 20's too big for Stock 6MT? Should I stay with 19" wheels for aftermarket, or go 20. Will it effect my performance? I don't want to comprimise looks for performance.

Thanks in advance...

Well I guess they are perfect for the G like Gilley said....

took the bullet dropped on 20's and I'm loving it....

20's are perfect for a G coupe. I have them on mine.

If you want increased performance though, ditch your 19's for 18's or 17's.

Here is my red coupe with 20 inch Maya GR5's. My buddy Chuck has 20's on his black coupe and those are 20 inch Maya's on the silve Z too.

how much did those beauties set you back?

I couldn't make out the tire size in the back...and off set if you don't mind educating me. You don't have any clearence issue in the front, with turning?

The Mayas are not inexpensive, but that model is discontinued. You can find a used set for around $2K. The tire sizes on both my car and the black G are 255/30/20 front and 285/30/20 rear. The Z has 255/30/20 front and 305/25/20 rear. The G's have rolled the rear fender lips that were done as a precaution against rubbing before it occurred. The Z's rear fender lips were cut. None of the cars have rubbing issues in the front or back, even with front and rear camber kits.
