any jap car can be turned into rice... i know some Hondas that are definately not rice, and they're civics... clean body kits, rays rims and running low 13's on the 1/4 i wouldnt call it rice...
rice is a kid who buys a 3k civic half painted and half primered and throws an ebay CAI and Exhaust and thinks hes mario andready(spelling)
and even if people call my car a rice rocket.. my response - "fuck you, race me and we'll see what rice can do!"
people tend to over generalize with blanket statements....
