Please help me I have some wheel questions!!!

Hello, i have a 2003 g35 sport coupe, with the stock 18" rims. Currently my tires are 245/45/18 in the rear and 225/45/18 in the front. I was looking at these rims:

but I am unsure of which would fit my car. i know the bolt pattern is 5x114.3 but is it the 30mm or the 48mm and what does that mean...

I was hoping to keep my current tires as I just bought them a month ago. Sorry for my noob questions.

If you have any other wheel suggestions or cheaper places to get wheels, all im really looking for is gloss black or gunmetal finish with the silver lip.

FYI what you are looking at is the wheel offset. It is important to distinguish if you are looking at a positive or negative offset as it will make a huge difference.
