Default 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe pics

Are there any??? =) I'm curious about the aesthetic changes (i.e...rims, facelift (rumored), etc.), and the interior changes. Any info?

You can do a search on this topic and there should be some information and opinions. Also, here's the official version.:
http://www.infinitinews.com/

The site won't let me link directly to the appropriate page, so you'll need to click on the Infiniti selection and then on the 2005 G35.

Thanks for the link. Very informative! I can't wait to see what the new 5-spoke polished rim looks like for the Sport Package G35.

It doesn't look like the 2005 has changed much compared to the 2004. I just test drove the coupe again for the THIRD time since last May. I am seriously considering purchasing it -- most likely this weekend. I was wondering what I would be missing out on if I went with the 04 versus the 05.

You are going to miss the 18 hp, a better radio (MP3 capability in 05s), and possibly a better transmisstion.

What you aren't going to miss is the Brembo's, the premium cost when they increase the MSRP (can get some pretty good deals on the 04s now), the 18s, and having your car now.

There will not be Brembo's on the 05? I thought Brembo's were a good thing though?

Brembo's are a good thing. However for a day to day driver, they won't shine. Repeatedly hard stops will show the difference between the Brembo's and the stock brakes. The stock's will not necessarily cause the car to have longer stopping distances (maybe a couple of feet MAX).

My guess is that Nissan deleted the Brembos, put stock brakes on, put hard pads on and therefore only had to raise the sticker slightly for the 05s.

I agree with GZire. There's just a $300 raise of MSRP of 2005 G35c 6MT over the one for 2004.5 At the same time the 5ATs (which didn't have Brembos standard) get a raise of $600 over the 2004.5
Just my $0.02
