Default GTR unmasked pictures!

New scans of Nissan GT-R models surface - Autoblog

I see a resemblance in the headlights with the new G/350Z. I think this looks less aggressive than the concept but I also think it looks really nice and clean. Not vastly unique in it's face but I think they did an overall good job.

EDIT: I just read the article after I finished drooling, sounds like it's starting at 57k, not a bad price. Sign me up for a V spec or EVO spec Too bad i can't afford any of them!

Seems like there are some pretty big price jumps. With 530 HP, i think the GTR is ready to play with the big boys. But will people really be willining to pay 100,000 for a car with a nissan badge. I know many ppl think its should be badged as an Infiniti, and it seems like ever more sense with this high price tag. There are no Hondas or Toyotas here that are priced like that.

Are they seriously comparing this thing to a mustang on the link you posted??? Read some of the comments. I knew about the 3 models coming out a while ago since "Superdude" told me. I knew like a month ago or maybe more.

BTW, you won't see a Honda or Toyota priced at that much here in the US. Overseas its a different story.

Yeah, i know, i wrote 'Hondas and Toyotas HERE' in my statement, guess writing US woulda made it easier to tell.

is this a concept or what? they need to clean it up a bit. way too many sharp edges and whats up with the awkward indentations in the rear bumper? oh and i hope they lose that spoiler for the US model, i think we are all over the fast and furious craze.
it should be at a price point comparable to the vette. any higher and it won't sell.

Doesn't look like the final product, but it should be close to that. Not sure which model would be the one w/ the carbon fiber. Probably the Evo Spec ($100k) ... The spoiler has a purpose also. Looks better and cleaner than those on a Evo or STi imo. The base GTR ran a 7:30 on the Nurb.... and the Evo Spec did it in 7:15. Not even a Pagani Zonda (sp?) or a Z06 can do that. GTR is in a different category, as it has always been

there are 3 Variant Gt-rs, that is the evo spec gt-r. Will be released 1 year after the other two, ligthweight carbon fiber, etc etc.

Look here-

See how they were testing GT-Rs with different wheels? different spoilers, etc etc?

look how this translate into cars-

GT-R Standard
GT-R V-Spec
GT-R Evo Spec

CLEARLY THERE ARE 3 DIFFERENT GT-RS BEING TESTED AT THE SAME TIME! Look at the differences, exhaust size, diffusers, etc

vs

The seats in the top car are clearly bolstered leather compared to the barebones design in the bottom car. Two VERY different GT-Rs..
