Get snow tires and have fun drifting in the snow (on an empty parking lot, that is) with the VDC turned off! Try doing figure 8's and concentric circles for kicks.

no money to get snow tires. I actually have just enough to get snow tires but then when spring comes I can't replace the summer tires that need replacing. I figure I'll wait out this winter, get new summer tires, and get new winter tires when that time comes again

Well not to bust on you (again) Ru, but:

Man when I was in college I had a 10+ year old Corolla station wagon and was eating lunch out of the vending machines (preferrence was Granny Goose Buttered Pretzels or the San Francisco Sour Dough Snacks).

Ru...
I'm sure you heard already, but Everywhere from Western Penn. to the Cape Codd is supposed to get blasted by like a foot of snow this weekend.

More misery is on the horizon.

Fuck hope.

I agree with Ru the snow sucks... We got like 3 inches of the crap and it just keeps blowing back on the driveway every time I clean it off. And more of this junk to come on Saturday. I hate snow! I need a nice warm climate where it is always sunny and warm! I hate to park the G for this long. She gets lonely.

Side note: I saw some guy trying to drive a 350Z in the storm yesterday he wasn't making out to good. I don't know if he didn't have snow tires or what but he was having a really hard time getting up a hill.
