For some reason I find it not in my best interest to discuss or recommend a second wife for me.

I have told my wife, if anything ever to happen to our relationship, I would never, never, ever re-marry again.

The thought of starting over with a new spouse after 34 years would make me suicidal for sure.

Well actually the rumor is that Arafat was a man's man, if you know what I mean. Not that there's anything wrong with that (in a free world, in the middle east that's not looked on too kindly).

Anyway the word is that she was a token wife that was there for appearances.

That's not necessarily true. When I was in Dubai, I frequently saw two dudes walking around holding hands and being pretty touchy-feely w/ each other. The explanation I got was that women were for procreating, men were for fun. I don't know how true that is but the dudes seemed to be pretty comfortable w/ each other.
