on TV alot of interracial couples have a colored women and a WHITE man? I really haven't seen too much interracial couples the other way around. Like TV is telling us it's OK for the white man to take our women. Then the T.O., Terell Owens, thing happens on Monday night football and people get fined and the FCC gets involved, geez. Ironrice, the whiteman is in power, therefore it's now acceptable for a white man to be dating a woman of color. As you are saying, when it's the other way around it's not acceptable.
I think the TO and N. Sheridan thing is something else completely. People bugged out on that because we have a relatively restrictive society since the country's forefathers came from the ultra conservative religous element that left England. The FCC and powers that be don't want to see scantily clad women during prime time TV. Nicolette Sheridan nude? I say bring it on.
Now as far as ground breakers, step aside Tiger because Sammy Davis Jr. was on Kim Novak, plus he's a Jew!
