Topless Teen Sues Video Game:
So this chick decides she’s going to sue the makers of a video game called The Guy Game. Apparently when she is featured topless in the game as a “prize”…too bad she was a MINOR when she consented to the pictures.
A teenage girl who was photographed topless, apparently during Spring Break at South Padre Island, is now a "prize" in a video game that rewards players by revealing images of topless women.
Parents, go hug your teenage daughter and have a talk. Teenagers, don’t flash the goods when you are under age. People that bought The Guy Game, wash your eyes out with soap. It won’t change the fact that you have committed a felony by seeing her boobs, but you might not go to hell if you show remorse.

Underage or not, there are strict rules governing the publishing of images (in video games, advertising, websites, etc) that involve models. Releases are supposed to be signed -- which means the model gives consent. However, illegal use of images is so rampant nowadays that it's no surprise this has happened. If this is true, the company who put out this game obviously didn't go through the proper channels in acquiring these images. I wonder how many more are not "legal" (in every sense of the word).
Anyone displaying that girl's pic is running the risk of child porn charges. This thing is going to get ugly. Idiot girl, idiot gamers, & idiot media people.

I thought I heard that the producers of the 'Girls Gone Wild' videos got shut down because of the unauthorized use of images? Seems like a lot of underage girls were awakening from their spring break stupor only to realize and regret what they had done. At least finding your headlights flashed on a video or game is a bunch better than having the EPT go +.
Woohoo, anybody up for some midnight Jello shooters at Cabo Wabo?!!
