Spank it, hell - with the local market here I feel like I knocked the primate clean out of the park! I figured at least I would have to wait thru the Holidays and even possibly into spring as well. Real estate rich and cash poor doesn't put food on the table!

I bet that felt pretty darn good for you too. Get this; my agent is also my mother-in-law! She had cleared with her office to forfit her portion of the commission as a very kind gesture to us even though they could use the $$. I told my wife I want to surprise her with a trip for two, maybe a cruise to someplace warm this winter. I think I am one of the few that actually like their in-laws!
