That's right. I won my first no limit hold em tournament at a lounge last night. Don't mean to pat myself on the back but it was the 1st one I had ever played in (other than online + with friends)
I took out 3 of the 5 at the final table. Now I am in with the winners of previous weeks to play for an inclusive trip for two to Vegas.
Next up is a tournament at a club in Denver that is sposored by Seagrams for a cash pot of 2500.00 this Wednesday.
Congrats dude! [clapper] I'm just getting into poker after watching WSOP for 2 years. Been playing at Intertops almost every day for 2 weeks. They also have free tournaments every week, gonna play tonite in one. Keep it up. []
