Diamond Plaza is on Fullerton Blvd./Rd. or whatever. It is basically the same as Life Plaza. 60West exit Fullerton make a left and then make another left into the plaza. 60East exit Fullerton and go straight into the plaza. The iClub (subaru club) meets there on the weekends in the underground parking lot, however, it is super damn hot in there for some reason. No matter how cold it is above ground the underground parking remains hot and humid all the time. As far as normal ground parking...it will be packed on the weekends...Life Plaza is the FOB hangout of Rowland Heights. Parking spaces are a b!tch because it is a chinese plaza so every space is a compact space. Usually underground parking is pretty decent; no one typically parks there because "my people" are lazy...we will squeeze onto the curb if we can get that spot next to the door/entrance. I'm not saying its a bad idea; I just want to kinda let you guys know the situation so no one will be disappointed or pissed off. Friday nights are high school nights there...all little high school wannabe gangsters in their rice rockets peeling out and showing off (thus, cops will be a problem). Saturday nights is pretty much the same, but you also have an older crowd there (typically college students home for the weekend). Sunday is family day.
I'd be down to hang for a while.... I just hope that there aren't alot of speed bumps or curbs to drive through... and that they have decent sized parking spaces so my G doesn't get dinged up (I would ask that the people there park well and centered between the lines, but I know my limits.... heheh).
Let us know if you can get a few peeps together for this... I'd be driving from Mission Viejo, so it better be worthwhile!!! j/k....
Very well then, lets organize a meet at Life Plaza. Saturday night will be nice. It is my understanding that Friday night is detail night in Irivine so I don't think many people will be attending. If we want to meet at Life then I highly recommend getting there a bit earlier, say roughly 6 or 7pm; maybe even 5pm. I also don't recommend eating in Life Plaza because the food/service is kinda sub-standard. I believe a lot of non-forum people with Gs go to Life alot too so I guess it will be a chance to build up our G society. If it sounds like I'm sick of this place its probably because I sorta am. The "heights" (Rowland Heights/Hacienda Heights) is my "hood" so I've been hanging out at all these places for the past decade.
I don't think I can make it... I might have to go to a club that night for my cousin's 21st b-day... Second... if my cheeks don't go down...I won't go anywhere period! But have a blast.

Ya, from what i know.....there are many non-forum G drivers out there all the time. I have seen some mazda6, WRX, Z meet ups in the parking lot in the back of the buildings. I think its a great place. Everytime i saw ppl meeting up there, i was always thinking about our G meet up [boink]
