yes it does.... my brother didn't vote yet.. (closes at 8pm and it's only 5pm now) I just got a call .... asking me to go and vote...had to tell them I already did. Crazy that they know if you have a registered voter who didn't vote yet... I think they call up the people on the list! LOL.
