the owner of the G traded it in for a M3! But we called them and BMW don't want a G on their lot so they're willing to go to $33K. I'm trying to push them to $31K... it's a 6mt TB missing only the Navi and Aero Package- but it has a rear spoiler. so I need some opinion--think I'll get a better deal at an infiniti dealer? Or go for this one?
that car looks black to me princess. and the price is a bit steep for a used one, 31 k would be doable. did you do a edmunds search for current prices for a new one, im sure they dropped a bit by now? i got the friends and family deal from infiniti and i paid 34K and mine came with brembos/sunroof/spoiler/leather, everything except for navigation.

Seems pretty high to me, but things are generally more expensive in California. I agree with oak and think that $31k would be more acceptable. Good luck!
I agree with the guys, seems high to me. It's not much less than what you can get a new one for. The closer we get to the 2005 delivery the better the opportunity for your bro to get a very good price on a 2004.

mm....sounds like the salesperson you talked to is trying to con you into accepting the deal. for 33 thousand you can get one brand new. you could even get a brand new one for less if you went with the base model. if you are going to spend 33k on a used one i would suggest getting a new one for just a few thousand more with all the options your brother wants. make sure its a 6mt! good luck with finding a car for your brother though.

Okay I called the guy... the G is actually FULLY LOADED. AERO PKG- and NAVI...everything.. and he said $31,500 over the phone but if I go in-- we'll negoiate some more. I'm thinking of pushing him to $28K or $29K.....????
i'd have to disagree. i think that is too much. the car is USED. how many miles on it and what year? try pushing it at least 29. prolly won't go much lower than that. dunno, maybe it's just the area i live in, but that seems high to for a used car when the base price is like 30,000 msrp. and let me get this straight, he told you it was missing the navigation and areo package, but all of a sudden is fully loaded?

I assumed it didn't have the navi and aero cuz it wasn't listed (BMW don't know what all of that was for) so I called. And my brother went by to look at it. Turns out to be a fully loaded one. I called Infiniti and there is only 1 TB 6mt left and it's NOT in southern California! So if it's good, I think I'm going for it. They wanna get rid of it- want it off their lot
if your brother is 100% serious about getting the car, I can call one of my friends who own a car dealership to do a wholesale "buy" from the BMW dealership. Should save you at least $1500-2000!
