Hopefully not. They should not have gone out there to the middle of the track to recover the bike though until the race was properly stopped.

OMG AUrrea you are a disturbed individual. But damn that shit looked like it hurt. I hope he's not dead, but I understand why they went out there to get the bike, so the other riders wouldn't get hurt.

If they get the bike outta there there's still a ton of debris out on the track that someone might run over if they're careless. Better to have the relatively big ass bike out there to warn the riders that someone has gone down. From the looks of it though, regardless if the bikes, workers, debris was on the track, that dude would have plowed into 'em anyway.
