The lecture just finished up, I took a deep breath went over and asked her for her notes, she said that the professor talked real fast and she hardly got anything on paper, I took the notes flipped through them then gave them back, We then talked about the college, Proffesor and other things for about 10-15 Min.!

Now you just need to extend out your conversations Either that or you could ask to copy her notes or borrow them and then offer something in return like coffee, etc.
