How many people in the Totally Off Topic forum are from Southern California?
I registered on this site a few days before I got my car (June 26, 2004) and it didn't seem like there were too many people posting yet. G35Driver.com had a dedicated Southern California forum so I started posting there.
i don't think this site has enough members that regularly post to create geographic topics areas. There aren't many posts that only apply to people in a specific part of the country
I bought mines in January. Post my first one I think in April...but stopped til I think July I started posting again and been addicted to it.
Yah, I really dont think we need a Southern Cali section. Unlike G35driver, EVERYONE here is 'family'... we're a "nationwide" forum here.
Occasionally we'll post something that's specific to regions....it's just this first so cal meet kinda got a lot of stuff going in the off topic but I think we're good the way we are.
You can start a Southern Cali thread if you want...I might suggest the CLUB section though cuz that seems to be where most are being posted. But Off topic would work too (except it tends to 'die' after a while)
Because I could have been a member here for three months now instead of three days. I didn't know that there were a lot of people from Southern California posting in the off topic section.
I know what you mean Eldy, it's kind of eye-opening... it's like those of us from G35Driver thought we were all alone - the only active or "functioning" G35 forum out there. I've found a lot of cool people on this board... and it hasn't attracted all of those lame-azz trolls that lurk on Driver....
I have been a member of 6MT for a few months, but I never really posted in it because I also thought it was pretty dead... but apparently I was looking in the wrong section (didn't check out Totally Off Topic at the time).
Now, I'm glad I dug a little deeper...

I've been on this site for a little over a month I believe. I found it by searching "6mt performance specs" in google. It was the first site that came up. Just kinda stumbled on it when I was about to buy my G. Ive had the car for a month also. Oh yeah... Im in socal too.
