I don't believe there's any such thing as a mens PGA. There's the LPGA which is all women and the PGA which doesn't specifically mention gender, it's just always been all men.
She got the invite from the PGA, so let her play.

Agreed. But the PGA isn't a private group and they have no rules against female participation. THEY invited her. It's some random jerk off player making this comment which is ironic as he isn't white and wouldn't have been allowed to play in most golf clubs not too long ago.
