Tongue studs are unsanitary and make you sound like a cretin when you talk. Why anyone would put a piece of metal flaying around next to pearly whites just begs for a chip or crack. To me it's just confirmation of idiot status. Tatoos and other piercings are just personal preference to me but a tongue stud is for Ricky Retardos.
