I just want to ask if anyone knows of any good computer games that are out right now. It doesn't matter what kind of game it is, but I do like online games. I played Battlefield 1942 for a while, then I guess I just got burnt out. I also played Ultima Online and Diablo a few years ago. I'm not really playing anything right now, so I'm looking for something new. Suggestions anyone?
Raven Shield and its now many assorted add-ons. I've always been a Tom Clancy fan and the tactical shooter genre is one of the funnest and also most overlooked IMHO.
Counter-strike still reigns in my book.

Doom3 is very good, IMO. It's dark, definately scary (I might be a wimp, but everyone I know is scared by it).
UT2004 is a good FPS, much better than UT2k3 and almost as good, comparitively, to the original UT.
If you like RPGs (Role Playing Game), Neverwinter Nights (NWN) is still king IMO. I'm not into MMORPGs (Massively Multiplayer Online RPG), and NWN finds a happy niche in my playing habits for the occasional local playing as well as server-side playing. The addition of the expansion packs makes NWN even better, although not all the adventures work in multiplayer - the added skills and feats make is even more entertaining.
For the oldie but goodie, I'd pick Civ3 Play the World. You'd need to find some people to play with, but it's pretty much as good as it gets without getting into RTS (Real Time Strategy) - which I completely suck ass at. I usually play Civ3 PTW Co-Op, anyways.
I never liked CS, but I never liked the Half-Life engine, either. Just a personal choice, the Half-Life engine is very capable and produces some great "reality", but just not my style. I'm into UT, screw physics.

How much are you asking for it Dizz? Also, I won't find little Dizz's on the chair or anything, will I?
I heard doom3 requires a FATTY rig..to play smoothly...
Yea CS is awesome I'd probably still be playing it if I had cable. But the game I'm hooked on to right now is gunbound...www.gunbound.com...its basically worms...I'm sure u guys will think its really REALLY stupid..but its the only game besides poker I can play on dialup.
CS is the best online game ever. I still play it. Fire in YOUR hole!!! Beeotches!!! And I like Warcraft3 frozen throne. I suck at it but it's still fun. Also fulltiltpoker is fun. Doom 3 isn't all that. computer AI sux, there not that much variety in maps or game play. It sure looks pretty tho.
Dizz damn that's a nice chair you had, looks like somethign out of the matrix and shit.

I was pretty big into UO for a while there. That game sucked to much of my life away.
The last game that I played a lot was Return To Castle Wolfenstein online. I got pretty good at it before I quit playing. The wife wasn't thrilled with all of the time I was spending on the computer.
I just picked up Medal of Honor and have been playing that off and on. Doesn't seem to be enough time for games anymore.
