Take a deck of cards and put two in the middle then a ring around the middle pair then another circle around them. All cards are face down. The rules can be changed game to game to suit your personal preferences but these are my rules
Black number cards is how many seconds you have to drink.
Red number cards are how many seconds you give someone to drink
Once you get to the second circle the value of the numbers double and when giving out a drink you can split it up. The middle (original pair) are triple value for numbers
Ex. Red 10 in second circle. I have to give out 20 seconds of drinking. I can
give you 10 seconds and Gzire 10 seconds or split it other ways.
Jack is a rule. You make a rule that everyone has to play by until someone else makes a rule. My favorite rule is whoever the last person to curse has to play with their forehead on the table.
Queen is a rhyme. I say a sentence and the next person has to rhyme the last word and then the next person and so on until someone screws up and has to take a drink.
King is category. Ex. I decide on car manufacturers and I start by saying Nissan. Next person says a different manufacturer and then the next till someone screws up or doesn't know or repeats and they drink
Ace is waterfall. If I pull the Ace then everyone starts drinking when I do and no one can stop until the person to their right stops and the person who pulled the ace is only person who can just stop when they want to.

Start with one card in the center; make a circle of cards around that card and then larger circles around the inner circles.
Players have to say red or black. If they are correct, they tell someone to drink; if they are wrong, they drink.
The amount to drink is dependent upon the circle where the outside circle is generally one swig, next circle-2 swigs, third circle-4 swigs, etc. until you get to the middle card which is worth a whole beer.
