I've been in the gym for about 6 months now, and I've lost 30 pounds, and put on some muscle. Before I started working out I was at about 230, now I weigh right around 200.
I'm not on the Atkins diet, but I found this article,http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hugo20.htm, I try to stick to what it says on the week days. I eat whatever I want on the weekends, but I try not to go too crazy. My only vice is beer!
