Thats bad ass! I used to have a 96 Yamaha Waveraider. It topped out at about 60mph. That thing was so fast for me. I cant imagine how fast the turbo Honda feels. It would be so much fun! I didn't read the whole thing. Did it say anything about the top speed?
I dont like it at all. Ive always had skis and I decided to buy another one this year and I drove one of those and the Sea Doo RXP which is faster than that by a LITTLE and a Sea Doo XP. The Honda was the least favorite of all of them. The RXP was fast on the entire RPM range but it is big and im someone who loves to make my ski dance and handle so I went with the XP.
The XP tops out at 62, the Honda at 63, and the RXP at 65 so I thought big deal, Ill sacrifice a little top end for something that can handle better than any other sit down.
I was beating an XP when I wrecked my Waveraider. We were racing in choppy water when I hit a wake and my ski turned sideways and threw me off. I saw the guy on the XP going right for my Waveraider, and me, so I ducked under water and heard BOOM! I came back up and my Waveraider was upsidedown, half sunk, and the seat was about 20 feet away. I think he could have turned away, but who's to say. When I got it home, I got all of the water out of the engine and got it running. Other than that it was just a little fiberglass work, a broken latch, and part of the steering was broken.
swap out the pipe or whatnot... rebuild turbo... find a way to adjust the boost (I know there is a cheap way to do it on the TT supras - im sure there is a way on this)
Have you ever seen the engine bay of a Jet Ski? Let alone a turbo or S/C'd Jet Ski, those things are ridiculous to work on. But yes, there are ways to change the boost on them.

Actually they are both the same speed in stock form. I have a F12X and it has the ride plate mod and grate, and I pulled away from them, but very slowly.
