Yech! I saw a new black Caddy Escalade pickup - or whatever you call it - last nite with HUGE chrome spinners. There's a pimpin'-ho SUV that'll never see mud! Very fugly IMO. Hey rlipps - those are only the registered ones! The DMV sends us Xmas and Thank You cards every year!

I like the yukon as well.

Were I to buy a car tomorrow, id have to test drive alot.

The explorer I have now I love b/c I can do alot with it... its just not sporty enough.

The yukon is a big explorer... i could put even more in it...

The g35 is sporty... and smokin hot... however i couldnt do the type of partying I do (city during week, lake/woods/whatever on weekend)

fx is a nice mesh... but i would have to testdrive a new explorer as well... the newer ones are supposedly very nice... and its a little more capable offroad and such.

Were I to buy an SUV, I think I'd pick up a 95-97ish Land Rover Defender 90.

Just get the G35 and rent a Uhaul when you need one! Oh and congrats on the custody thing. I've seen custody battles go real ugly ... hope all if well. Here's to the new car and custody [cheers]

Anybody know anything about the Fx35/45?<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote">Since 4wd wasn't a desire before, not sure I follow the logic here Jarhead. If it's not a $$ thing (FX's ain't exactly cheap), why not get the sedan? The driving experience is a hell of a lot more like the coupe than the FX and, IMO, the sedan offers more luggage room than the FX.

Well, you can pick up a 95 in the $20k range. That's not too bad to me.

THAT, on the other hand, is entirely possible. Of course, I'd keep the G as my daily driver so the problem is at least tolerable.
