Yes, if it was your friends fault I wouldn't post about the accident until after all of the hearing are done. You wouldn't want anyone to find this post and use it against you.

He had it only for 8hrs. He was barely moving when he hit a big ass truck. We took it back to the dealership and they said that it might cost up to 10k.

8 hours?!?!?! Usually, I expect something minor (like a ding or small scratch) to happen within the first 2 months of owning a new car. But 8 hours!!!!! How did you even have time to post the pre-accident pics?
