So i pull into the burger king lot today and there was a few people crossing, so i stoped and i let them go, all of a sudden BANG im like oh man, i get out im like LADY U JUST SMACKD UR DOOR INTO MY CAR.. she openes her door SMACKS it into my car and replys "NO I DIDNT" im like are u KIDDING ME i close her door im like lady STOP YOUR CRAZY THIS IS MY 38 thousnad dollar car!! she KICKS her door open into my car, i get back into my car pull it foward and get my insurance card, im like i have no time for bull shit give me your insurance card, she says no, than she calls the cops on me im like WOW LADY, the cops came and told her basiiscally i can take her to small claims court and have her pay for a new paint job.. basiscally there is two MINNNNNNOOOORRRRR inprefections in my paint by my rear passanger wheel well, u cannot even notice it, its just the point that people are so god damn STUPID!!!!! the lady gave me 15 dollars for "touch up paint", i used to to buy food.. i cant believe people have NO respect.. People were walking by saying wow shes nutz... what would you have done if you were me?? there is no dents or anything...
I would have called the cops myself and told them; "There's some crazy bitch in the BK parking lot vandalizing my car". From there I would have them file a police report and have her ass pay for the damages or drag her to court.
I know dude, the f'ing rudeness and ignorance of some people never ceases to amaze me. My wife had a similar situation happen to her a couple of weeks ago. She has a 4Runner and pulled into the parking lot at her work. Well the dude next to her opens his car and taps her and she rolled down the winow and said 'Excuse me, could you be a little more careful"? and the dude at least made a 1/2 assed attempt to apologize by mumbling sorry under his breath...then this guy's chick jumps out of the car swearing and yelling at MY WIFE!!! And this f'ing freaky b#$%h continued swearing and yelling at the top of her lungs at my wife, all in front of a child in the back seat of their car. My wife just sat in her car AMAZED that someone could be such an asshole. Eventually the dude told his girl to shut the f up. All I told my wife is that those morons ar SO lucky I wasn't there. [rage] (no they didn't ding my wife's ride thankfully)
Here in Houston the cops would have not even showed up for that incident! Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I think you handled it the best way you could under the circumstances, because they would have had me in jail for assault and battery. Usually, the folks that due this, their car is in such bad shape if you was to kick it in the side to get even, you would not be able tell it.
