Default A sad story about one of ours

I know a lot of you don't frequent some of the other G35 boards so I wanted to let you know of a friend that passed away this weekend. Frank Steeves, which some of you knew as G35Spot on G35driver.com, and as cyclemall.net at FreshAlloy.com lost control of his car on Saturday afternoon after hitting a puddle of water in his G35 Sedan. His car went out of control and hit a traffic signal pole right at the drivers side door. He was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries.

He was a great guy as many who met him will remember him, always willing to talk about cars in a friendly and caring manner. I IMed with him almost daily and we spoke on the phone on several occasions.

Some of you will remember his project G, being the prototype sedan for the GReddy TT install. They had just finished the installation on Thursday. Please do not fill this thread with speculation or theories. Instead please find it in your heart to help his wife and two year old daughter who have been left to cope with this terrible tragedy.

Thank you, and be safe out there guys.

Don

I too give my regards. I used to frequent g35driver.com and see many of his posts when I had more time on my hands. He came across as a stand up guy.

That's really a shame....this is the time when family and friends have to REALLY stick together for each other.
