I am too busy to buy much for myself. Real estate is probably one of the best things you can put your money in. You must buy it cheap so that you can make a profit on it. I have one investor that buys mobile homes at distressed prices. He then rents the lot to a person with a lease purchase on the trailer. That way he is not responsible if the water heater or whatever goes out.
