C, I added a DVD/TV to my stock Acura Navi screen. You're setup will be a little different since you don't have to worry about interfacing with an existing sreen. As you probably know, I'm a big fan of StreetEffectz work (Ron). Check out his page for some cool visor and head rest installs.

I think this is really neat (but totally illegal and distracting):
