Since I worked for Lehman's back in the day, I was sad to see them go like the way they did. They are, or were, a great firm and was a very prestigious organization.
Now that Lehman's, the biggest player in the credit default swap market, has sunk just watch and wait as all the other players in the CDS market begin to fall. This is just the beginning folks. Just the tip of the ice burg.

So let me get this right, according to the article, in Fannie Mae's 70 years of existence, it did not become corrupt until the Clinton administration which Bush inherited?

I wish we had a right wing still around, the repubs have turned into democrats and the democrats into socialists. I feel Reagan was the last right winger we had, it's a shame his party did not stay true.

I was pissed when they arrested Johnny Depp for trashing a hotel room that day too! It was totally crazy!
It was a day that our rights were violated, thank ALLAH the rights came back. But there is a risk we could lose them again, and even more with them. It is only by the grace of ALLAH we live so free.
