PS3 doesn't need a 3 year warranty, also having a 3 year warranty (costing Microsoft over a billion dollars) on a machine w/ such a high failure rate is really not a good thing, or something to be commended or applauded, actually it is quite shameful; the failure rate of PS3's are like 1%... i have 2 of them & haven't had one problem, & both are 60GB SKU's (one being a Japanese launch PS3)!!
Up until now, i knew no one personally w/ a failed PS3... now w/ the Xbox360, i know many people that have had to send theirs back (me included), this one guy i know had his sent in 9, yes count it, 9 f*cking times, i was @ one of my best friend's houses & his died right there on the spot, right in front of me, i even posted a pic here of one that RROD right in Target!!
Game wise... i'm not interested in mindless violent games like most FPS so i could give 2 sh*ts about Halo, GOW (i assume must be Gears of War) another violent nonsensical game that doesn't interest me, Mass Effect (no comment, never heard of it), popular games <- is that a game, or a generalization?? What is popular, your assessment on popular games is based on, i need you to explain!!
The games i have for Xbox360 are Test Drive Unlimited, Forza Motorsports 2, Project Gotham Racing 4, & Import Tuner Challenge... there is absolutely nothing more on that system of the slightest interest until RacePro!!
That is a 14:4 or 7:2 ratio in favor of PS3!!
MGS4, which in my opinion is one of the best, if not the best game ever made will not be on Xbox360... not only for the obvious technical reasons, but also Kojima Hideo sez...
Kojima sick of people asking about MGS4 on 360 - PS3 Fanboy & if you played the game, you would know the pseudo easter egg he put in there to silence all this, but people such as yourself keep the nonsense going, @ this stage no matter what anyone says!!
... & i don't think there is really any reason for me to get into BluRay vs. HD-DVD/DVD9 is there??
