blame a country? how do you do that? do you mean the country's government? if so, and you're talking about a 3rd world government, you might as well try to squeeze blood from a turnip. the blame falls on consumerism and the fact that ppl care only about the price of the good, not the means of production. it's all of our faults, not the government and not the companies that manufacture the things. if a company tried to do the right thing, their expenses would rise, the cost of the product would rise, and we the consumers wouldn't buy it. so then the company becomes insolvent and eventually bankrupts.
i could go on and on about this, but you get the idea.
