Yeah, it's interesting having family that works in the medical field. My mom was an ICU nurse when I was a kid before taking over managing a geriatric wing and my dad has been a respiratory therapist as long as I've been around, but used to drive a hearse and work in a morgue.

congrats! yep your life will definitely change, but for the better. Theres nothing like it, especially when you can start doing stuff with them. mine are 8 and 12 and i don't remember that much but i think its more like a month before they really start showing their temperament, laughter, checking things out etc. The first few weeks its pretty much just cry, poop, eat, sleep.
congrats man!! fatherhood is a trip.. like someone else said, you can love it and hate it at the same time but wouldnt dream of changing it.. colicky babies are tough man, i wish you two the best of luck!
my lil girl just turned 1 june 24th.. just the other day i said HI-YAA and she threw her hands up like karate kid bout to chop me.. funny shit.
