I think it's good that Saddam was found rather than he becoming some mythical martyr..........well I guess martyr really isn't a good term for a muslim, I should use some other terminology, but I think you get the gist. At least this way we know what he was thinking and why he did it. The problem with being a ruler like Saddam (or Hilter) is no one wants to give you bad news or good advice because they might end up dead. If Saddam wasn't such a nut case he probably would still be in power now.

problem is Saddam wasn't allowing the inspectors access to all the places they were asking to go. This led to the belief he had something to hide.

I could give a damn about the color of Obama's skin or the fact of what his name is since he didn't pick it (figured I'd open that can of worms).
The fact of the matter is I do not agree with his more government and his take from the rich and give to the poor philosophies. Whether it is "refundable tax credits" take from those who pay taxes and give to those who pay very little, or outright entitlement programs.
I think his government solution to healthcare is going to bankrupt the country since the government is doing such a great job medicare/medicaid, among other things.
To prove a point that privately run is pretty much always a better idea than government run...
